Snake Boat racing, a major event in the Indian state of Kerala. These are long watercraft, which tower at a height of 20 feet. A typical snake boat is at least 83 feet long and is composed of a large team of rowers, helmsmen, singers and musicians who must work seamlessly together to power the craft over the water at stunning speeds in order to win the race.
